International cooperation
Since 2020/21, the cooperation between our research group and the group of Prof. Defu Che and Assoc. Prof. Lei Deng from School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), China, has been developing in different forms, such as:
- Joint supervision of Chinese MSc/PhD students at the XJTU (engaging Research Prof. Srdjan Belošević and Assisant Research Prof. Ivan Tomanović),
- Publishing papers in internation journals (such as Internationa journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, Asia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, etc.),
- Preparing joint applications for bilateral and other research projects,
- Participating the Conferences (third award at the ”2021 Silk Road International Symposium on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application of Energy & Chemicals”, 28-29 October, 2021, XJTU, China, for presentation of the results of scientific cooperation: “Methods and Technologies for Co-firing Biomass with Pulverized Coal to Mitigate NOx and Increase the Combustion Efficiency”, D. Che, L. Deng, M. Yuan, L. Dong, Y. Zhang and S. Belošević, I. Tomanović, A. Milićević, N. Crnomarković, A. Stojanović).
In addition, the Memorandum of Understanding between „VINČA" Institute of Nuclear Sciences – National Institute of the Republic of Serbia, University of Belgrade and School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University was signed in September 2021, strenghtening the frame for scientific and educational cooperation in the future.
